What does subscribe/remove mean?

It is an automatic system used to register or delete contacts from your mailing lists. By setting an email box dedicated to this feature, Mailing List Studio will check it, and if there will be messages with SUBSCRIBE or REMOVE subject, the program will enroll or remove the contact email from the database.
