What is the 'Create File for assistance' check box used for?

We need the assistance file to provide immediate support on sending problems. To create it, select the "Create assistance file" flag at the bottom left of the sending window. Immediately after clicking on the "Send" button the program will ask you to save the file in a folder. At the end of the sending, or after stopping it after a few attempts, send us the assistance file via email.
