What are bounce emails?

Return emails (or bounce messages) are all those messages that come back for various reasons. These messages often cause problems with the SMTP servers you use. It is good practice to check them and delete the 'not good' recipients from the mailing lists. Mailing List Studio monitors the mailbox and in addition to deleting these messages it cleans the database for a better future mailing campaign.
